How your information is used.

Who I am. This website belongs to Sean Gravina, Chef & Restaurant Developer, Malta, who is the data controller. Contact: chef@seangravina.com.

What I collect. When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you enter: your role, name, organisation, email, phone (optional), project details and message, plus the page and campaign you came from. If you email or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever you choose to send.

Why. Only to assess and reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide the agreed services. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. I do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it. Enquiries are received through Netlify (website hosting and forms) and may be copied to my Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets) using Zapier. These providers process data on my behalf under their own data protection terms.

How long. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Cookies. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. If analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated and consent requested where required.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to chef@seangravina.com. You can also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
